Pakistan Vs England 3rd ODI Live Streaming & Highlights
Venue: Kennington Oval, London,
Date : Sep 17, 2010, (12:00 GMT)
The second game was as close as the Pakistan team has got to winning a game this summer, as the English team were up against the wall chasing a near-300 total. With the Pakistani batting coming good in two successive games, it will rightful to say that Pakistan have generally struggled on tracks that have afforded swing and bounce, and batted much better on flat tracks.
However, to nullify that advantage, what has happened is that the absence of Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif has pegged the bowling back and the likes of Mohammad Irfan and Umar Gul have failed to live up to the expectations. An angry Shahid Afridi had also lashed out at Irfan for his lacklustre fielding.
The England team would be thanking their captain for his match-winning century, but would have grown worried about Paul Collingwood’s continuing lack of runs.
The bowling was decent, but they will have to find ways to get wickets on flat track, something that they have found difficult through the summer. England will look to finish off the series at Oval, but this was also where Pakistan had won a Test match – so could just be an interesting game.
